Our 2017 Women’s Day Project Luncheon was held on Friday, May 5, 2017 at Saint Paul’s Reformed Episcopal Church, 800 Church Road, Oreland, PA 19075. Linked below is information regarding the luncheon.

Miss Judy King
Miss Judy King, a woman whose life’s work expresses the words of our 2017 Theme, “Women of Influence and Faith,” was our luncheon speaker. Judy served faithfully for more than 25 years in Brazil as Bible translator and missionary to the Apurina Indians.
The goal for this year’s project was to raise $10,000 to be used to explore methods of enhancing our Women’s Day Project Luncheons to encourage greater program participation throughout the denomination and yield greater financial offerings to support our annual projects; and to develop cohesion of the work of the Committee on Women’s Ministry across the denomination.
To this end, we will be transitioning from our annual central location gatherings (in Philadelphia) to annual regional gatherings and triennial central location gatherings. We will begin holding these decentralized luncheons in 2018. Plans are in work, and the dates for each regional gathering will be announced soon.
