On the afternoon of Thursday 25 October, in conjunction with the Diocese of the Central States Synod, 21 ladies from around the diocese enjoyed an Instructional Tea. Kathy Houser brought 4 teas from her collection and served them at intervals to the ladies while teaching them about the types of tea, the correct method for brewing tea, and the health benefits of tea. It was a relaxing time of fun and fellowship that was thoroughly enjoyed by all. This event was the culmination of our regional Women’s Day events held around the diocese in the spring of this year.
